CLASS 11

Konban wa minna-san. (Good afternoon people)
This class will be a little harder than the others, because we are going to use kanjis made by more than one symbol. But, you are very smart and I know that you can do it!
Ikuzo! (C'mon)

あたらしいかんじ

Kanji: 先生
Translation: Teacher
Reading: Sensei (the first kanji is "sen" and the second is "sei")

Kanji: 一年生
Translation: First Grade
Reading: Ichi nen sei (first kanji is "ichi", second is "nen" and the third is "sei")

Kanji: まえ
Translation: Name
Reading: Namae (the kanji is "Na" the symbols after the kanji are hiragana)


Exercises
Translate:

1) ぼくは 二年生です。

2) ぼくの クラスわ、 のこ と のこ と あわせて 23にん います。

3) 先生が ぼくの まえを よびました。

4) ぼくは、 きい こたえ で [はい] と いいました。

ぼく - I
クラス (Class)
あわせて (To put together, awasete)
よびました (To pronounce, yobimashita)
いいました (To say, Iimashita)
こたえ(Voice)

    "Nessa classe temos 23 meninos e meninas juntos" ??
